Fees include conference tuition, daily breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks, access to the electronic syllabus materials, and Friday Welcome Reception.

This year’s conference offers online registration through The Medical College of Wisconsin Office of Continuing Professional Education (OCPE) Ethos website, as well as a downloadable registration form option on the Department of Pathology website. Online registration provides access and monitoring of CME and SAMs credits. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration form.


A digital syllabus will be available to all conference registrants prior to the conference. The Department of Pathology no longer automatically provides a printed syllabus for attendees. For those who would like a printed syllabus, please be sure to select the printed syllabus option prior to checkout and note that a $40 fee applies. All printed syllabi will be available upon check in at the conference. Please note that presenters are asked to submit their syllabus materials two weeks prior to the conference. Should materials be updated after this time, you will be provided with revisions following the conference. Additionally, the digital version of the syllabus will be updated on the website to incorporate any changes.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations postmarked on/before August 13, 2018 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refund will be granted for cancellations postmarked after August 13, 2018. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.

The Medical College of Wisconsin reserves the right to cancel this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded in full. The Medical College of Wisconsin will assume no financial responsibility or obligation for any related costs including, but not limited to, airfare, lodging and other travel expenses.

ACCME Accreditation

The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA Credit Designation

The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
