Introduction

Dr. Suster serves as the Chair of the Pathology Department and is responsible for the oversight of all clinical service, administrative, teaching and research activities carried out by the department. In addition to a strong emphasis in enhancing the quality of the clinical patient services provided by the department, Dr. Suster’s vision for the pathology department includes creating a strong infrastructure for developing translational research in pathology, in particular as it relates to cancer research and in creating an outstanding teaching program both at the graduate and postgraduate level within the department.
