The registration fee is $600 for physicians, $50 for residents and fellows, and $250 for MCW faculty. If you are a resident or fellow and would like to receive the discounted rate, you must submit a signed letter from your program director verifying that you are still in training. The registration Fee includes course tuition, refreshment breaks, and a cocktail hour on Saturday evening.
In an effort to be more environmentally responsible, the Department of Pathology will no longer automatically print a syllabus for each attendee. A digital syllabus
will be available to attendees. For those who would like a printed syllabus, there is a $35 charge per print. The printed syllabus will be available when you check into the conference. In addition, each participant will have access to their CME and SMAs credits through the Medical College of Wisconsin Office of Continuing Professional Education (OCPE) Ethos website This year’s conference offers online registration through the OCPE website, as well as a downloadable registration form from the Department of Pathology website. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration form.

Should you choose to cancel your registration, a request must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than Friday, September 16, 2016. All requests postmarked by this date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of $50.
No refunds will be granted after September 16, 2016.
